Sarah Molchan

Read BioMrs. Molchan joined the Newbury North team in 1993. Although she received the opportunity to attend Ohio State University on a full academic scholarship, she decided to stay in Florida and continue working for Newbury North. Mrs. Molchan completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida Gulf Coast University in Accounting and Taxation in 2001. Mrs. Molchan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, managing all financial matters including accounting, financial reporting, job costing, project billing, tax preparation, and budgeting.

His expertise often involves obtaining product samples, consulting with suppliers, coordinating with installers, and integrating best practices into meticulously crafted bid packages, all while addressing critical factors such as constructability, cost, and scheduling.
Highly skilled in process improvement, Mr. Taylor consistently analyzes and refines workflows to ensure efficient time management and the delivery of high-quality results. He has a proven track record in vendor management, excelling at overseeing subcontractors and suppliers throughout the bid process and beyond. By actively soliciting feedback, he identifies value engineering opportunities and proposes thoughtful design improvements that enhance both quality and efficiency.
Mr. Taylor holds an Associate’s degree in engineering design graphics with a specialization in micro-electronics.
